10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. --- Weigh-In of ALL HOG Meat Animals

12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. --- Weigh-In of ALL SHEEP
                                 --- Followed By Weigh-In of ALL BEEF Meat Animals (Weigh-Ins at These Times ONLY - NO CHANGES)

4:30 p.m. --- Dog Agility Show

5:00 p.m. --- All Livestock (Except Junior Horses) Including Rabbits & Poultry, MUST Be On Exhibit

6:00 - 8:00 p.m. --- Non-Animal Entries Accepted In the Junior & Open Division Buildings

8:00 p.m. --- Non-Animal Exhibit Buildings Close

12:00 p.m. --- Junior Booth Judging --- Conference with Judges for Booth Exhibits --- Youth Member(s) MUST Be Present For Conference

3:15 p.m. --- Junior Animal Awards Ceremony - Dairy Barn

4:00 p.m. --- All ANIMAL EXHIBITS ARE RELEASED

ALL animals must remain in their pens and barn decorations must remain in place until 4 p.m.

    PLEASE NOTE: Any animal exhibit not remaining on exhibit until 4 p.m. will forfeit all premiums

5:00 p.m. --- All NON-ANIMAL EXHIBITS ARE RELEASED                

PLEASE NOTE:  Any non-animal exhibit not remaining on exhibit until 5:00 p.m. will forfeit all premiums

 6:30 p.m. --- Exhibit Buildings Close
                     --- Contact Fair Secretary Office after 9:00 a.m. Monday   
                     --- For exhibits not picked up by 6:30 p.m. on Sunday
