Each Exhibitor in both Open & Junior Departments must complete
1 Juneau Co. Fair Animal Identification Form per these species
 Beef, Dairy, Exotics, Goats, Hogs, Poultry, Rabbits, Sheep
This form must be completed and submitted to the Barn Superintendent
BEFORE placing animals in the fair buildings. 
FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN ANIMALS
NOT BEING ALLOWED TO BE SHOWN AT THIS YEAR’S FAIR.
