FAIR BOOK COVER CONTEST

FOR THE 2009
JUNEAU COUNTY FAIR PREMIUM BOOK

The purpose of this competition is to select from the submitted art work
the cover for next year’s Juneau County Fair Premium Book
RULES:
· Contest is open to anyone
· One entry per person
· All entries must be submitted on white paper
· All entries must be drawn portrait, not landscape
· Paper size must be 8½ inches x 11 inches with a 1 inch border on all 4 sides of the paper
· Copyright figures are NOT permitted
· Only black ink or felt tip pens are to be used
· Computer design is permitted
· Cover design MUST include the following:
o Juneau County Fair Premium Book
o August 12-16, 2009
o Mauston, Wisconsin
o Fair Theme (your own original theme)
· Contestant’s full name must be included in the lower right hand corner of the cover
· Entries must be turned in at the Fair Secretary’s Office
by 12 noon on Thursday of the fair
· The winner will be chosen by the Juneau County Fair Board
· The winner will receive a $25.00 cash prize & a ribbon
o Donated by the Fair Secretary
· The winning design becomes the exclusive property of the Juneau County Fair & will be displayed at the 2008 Fair
· The following information must be submitted with the design:
o Contestant’s Name
o Contestant’s Address
o Contestant’s Phone Number
