Dear Commercial Exhibitors,

It is getting to be that time of year again and we are seeking exhibitors for
Juneau County Fair - August 13 - 17, 2008

We have booths available in two buildings for educational and advertising displays.  These are $80.00 each with the exhibitor providing their own table and chairs.  If you need additional electricity (for refrigerators, TV, VCR. etc.); there is an additional $15.00 fee.  Due to limited space in our buildings, priority is given to previous exhibitors.  However, after June 1^st, they are on a first come - first served basis.

In addition, we have a 40’ X 120’ tent with lights and sides; available for reservations at any time. Single booths are approximately 8’ X 10’ - Advertising Booths are $80.00 each and Vending Booths are $100.00 each.  We provide a table and a chair with each tent booth.  If you need additional electricity (for refrigerators, TV, VCR. etc.); there is an additional $15.00 fee and you must provide your own heavy duty extension cord.

There is also outside space available at $8.00 per frontal foot for advertising displays ($40.00 minimum) and $10.00 per frontal foot for vending of goods ($60.00 minimum) $15.00 per frontal foot for food venders ($60.00 minimum).  Where possible, the outside spaces will have 20 foot of depth.  If you need additional electricity (for refrigerators, cookers, TV, VCR. etc.); there is an additional $15.00 fee and you must provide your own heavy duty extension cord.  Water is also available for a $10.00 additional fee and you must provide your own water hose.

PLEASE NOTE:  We ask that no one sell or give as prizes popping, shooting, lighter (cigarette type) or exploding devices.  Also, since we are promoting clean family entertainment, we appreciate your cooperation with not featuring items that promote violence or disrespect of others.

For those interested, a limited number of camping sites are available on the grounds for a flat non-refundable $25.00 - with electricity and water hook-ups available on some sites - but there are no showers on the grounds. Please indicate on your reservation form whether you desire a camping space, along with the size of the camper and number of vehicles.  Campers are asked to refrain from loud or excessive noise after fair hours and to not have open intoxicants outside of designated areas.  We also have zero tolerance for the use and / or selling of illegal drugs.

When filling out these forms, please list all items you are vending to help us with placement, and also to keep our exhibits diversified.  Please have checks made out to the Juneau County Agricultural Society and send them along with your reservation form to me by July 1^st.
